LEADERSHIP TEAM
ZACHARY GRAUER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Zachary holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. In Law School, he took concentrated coursework in Real Estate Finance and Business Law which provided him with an important educational foundation to lead Option One to where it is today.
Immediately after graduating Law School, he assumed the role of Director of Acquisitions and Short Term Lending for the Dominion Group, a Baltimore-based single family investment firm and private bridge lender. In that role, he was chief underwriter and managed a team of real estate analysts who were responsible for underwriting new company acquisitions and bridge loans for single family investors nationwide. During his tenure with the company, he purchased about $30 million worth of single family assets, and underwrote and originated about $200 million worth of bridge loans for borrowers in approximately 35 states. He was also an active Real Estate agent for several years in Maryland and gained significant experience in selling, leasing and managing single family assets.
Today, as the CEO of Option One, Zachary focuses most of his time on sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities, developing and maintaining banking relationships, overseeing compliance and raising new equity as necessary.
JONATHAN MUSMAN, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jonathan earned his Doctor of Psychology from The George Washington University. His experiences in the field honed his expertise in analytics and the implementation and management of complex systems. Dr. Musman has shaped Option One’s organizational growth by navigating its movement through fluctuating real estate market trends. Additionally, he is responsible for the company’s financial management functions, asset management, and financial planning and analysis. He is also responsible for the company’s corporate development and investor relations.
Jonathan has developed strategic partnerships with national vendors that have increased Option One’s profitability and returns to its investors.
